You don’t need to be in top shape to start Jiu Jitsu. Classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels, and you’ll build strength and endurance as you train.

3. Gear
To start, all you need is comfortable workout clothes. If you continue, you’ll invest in a gi (uniform), which we’ll guide you on.
