There is change. Patterns are emerging. It’s a phenomenon; it’s The Higher Jiu Jitsu Story.

It feels like yesterday that we started in the PCYC City of Sydney Dojo. There was enthusiasm for jiu jitsu and there was a deep seated passion to help others along their way.

Four years on, and Higher Jiu Jitsu has become Sydney’s best kept secret for everyday adults, and professionals of the CBD. 

It’s where you can learn how to defend yourself, and be more human, all at the same time. 

Some fight; we learn.

Amongst this process comes the ultimate payoff. It’s waking up in the morning with gusto. It’s knowing you can do whatever you put your mind to. It’s those moments when you just can’t get the smile off your face.

You’re fulfilled, and satisfied, and yet you can’t wait for more. That’s quality of life. 

It sounds too good to be true. Yet it’s happening over, and over, right before our very eyes.
