The fact that our lineage includes the likes of Master Pedro Sauer, GM Rickson Gracie, and GM Helio Gracie means that we also see self defence as a priority. Day in and out we practice self defence jiu jitsu to ensure we are confident wherever, and whenever anything goes awry.
